Copyright Complaints

ToysParty respects intellectual property rights. A copyright owner or an authorized representative may report material they believe infringes their copyright by using the Copyright / Intellectual Property option in ToysParty's reporting tools or by emailing info@toysparty.org.

What a Copyright Notice Must Include

A written notice should substantially include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification and location of the material to be removed or disabled, including the relevant ToysParty URL.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Review and Removal

ToysParty may request additional information, restrict or remove reported material, and notify the affected user. Accounts associated with repeated copyright violations may be restricted or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the link provided in your ToysParty notification. Counter-notices require the applicable declarations, contact information, and electronic signature.

Copyright notices and counter-notices are legal communications. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create legal liability. You may wish to consult an attorney before filing.
