ToysParty exists for open political discussion, satire and vigorous disagreement. We protect the right to criticize politicians, governments, religions, corporations, political parties, ideologies and public institutions—including opinions that others consider offensive or unpopular.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to threaten, harass or endanger other people. ToysParty is a privately operated platform and may remove content or accounts that violate this policy.
1. What We Protect
Users may:
Express political, religious and social opinions.
Criticize public officials, political parties, governments, religions, corporations and ideologies.
Use satire, parody, sarcasm and profanity.
Question accepted narratives and share minority or unpopular viewpoints.
Engage in forceful disagreement without being punished merely because someone finds the opinion offensive.
ToysParty will not remove lawful political opinions simply because they favor the left, right, center or no political party.
2. What Is Prohibited
The following content and conduct are prohibited:
Threats and violence: Credible threats, encouragement of violence, instructions for committing violence or celebration of specific acts of violence against identifiable people.
Identity-based attacks: Content that threatens, persistently degrades or advocates violence, expulsion, segregation or denial of civil rights based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or a similar personal characteristic.
Targeted harassment: Repeated unwanted abuse, stalking, intimidation or organizing others to harass a person.
Doxxing: Publishing private identifying or location information without permission, including home addresses, personal phone numbers, financial information, medical information or real-time locations.
Sexual exploitation: Child sexual-abuse material, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate images or sexual threats.
Illegal activity: Content that facilitates fraud, trafficking, terrorism or other serious criminal activity.
Impersonation and deception: Pretending to be another person or organization in a way likely to deceive users. Clearly labeled parody is permitted.
Spam and manipulation: Automated spam, scams, malware, coordinated vote manipulation or artificial engagement.
Copyright violations: Unauthorized material reported through a valid copyright complaint.
A particular word will not automatically determine a violation. Context matters. News reporting, historical discussion, satire, counterspeech and quoting offensive material to criticize it may be permitted.
3. Criticism Versus Hate
Users may criticize beliefs, conduct, organizations and public policy. They may not attack or threaten people merely because of who they are.
For example:
“I oppose the Israeli government’s actions” is political criticism.
“I disagree with teachings found in Judaism, Christianity or Islam” is criticism of religion.
“People of any race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or other protected identity should be expelled because of who they are” is a prohibited identity-based attack.
“Both parties have failed Black voters” is political commentary.
Directing racial slurs at a member to intimidate or degrade that person is prohibited harassment.
4. Enforcement
ToysParty may take one or more of the following actions:
Label or reduce the visibility of content.
Remove content and explain the violated rule.
Issue a warning.
Temporarily restrict or suspend an account.
Permanently ban an account for repeated or severe violations.
Preserve evidence and contact appropriate authorities when there is a credible threat or legal obligation.
Severe violations—including credible threats, doxxing, child exploitation and coordinated violence—may result in immediate permanent removal without a warning.
Community votes, Horsepucky ratings and mass reports will not automatically determine whether content is removed. Moderation decisions will be based on this policy and available context.
5. Reporting and Appeals
Users may report content by selecting the applicable reason and providing relevant context. Knowingly filing false or coordinated reports may itself result in enforcement.
A user whose content or account is restricted may appeal. Whenever practical, the appeal will be reviewed by someone other than the original moderator. ToysParty will provide the rule involved and uphold, modify or reverse the decision.
6. Fair and Consistent Application
These rules apply equally regardless of a user’s political affiliation, religion, race, status or viewpoint. ToysParty may consider context, severity, intent, previous violations and the likelihood of real-world harm.
ToysParty may update this policy as the community, technology and law evolve. Material changes will be announced to users.
