Terms of Service
1. Welcome to ToysParty
ToysParty.org ("ToysParty," "we," "our," or "us") is an online community dedicated to freedom of expression, public accountability, satire, open discussion, and the right to speak your mind.
Our philosophy is simple:
TOYS = Tired Of Your Sh!t.
We believe people should be able to question authority, challenge governments, criticize corporations, confront powerful institutions, and express their opinions without being silenced merely because others disagree.
ToysParty welcomes passionate discussions, controversial viewpoints, political disagreements, humor, satire, and strong criticism.
We do not require our users to be polite, politically correct, or agreeable.
However, freedom of expression comes with responsibilities.
ToysParty does not tolerate threats of violence, racial supremacy, hateful persecution, terrorism, unlawful harassment, or other conduct that endangers people.
By accessing or using ToysParty, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Commitment to Freedom of Expression
ToysParty is committed to providing a platform where users can express themselves freely.
Permitted expression includes:
- Criticism of elected officials, government agencies, political parties, and public policies.
- Criticism of corporations, chief executive officers (CEOs), business leaders, and commercial practices.
- Strong opinions about political, social, cultural, economic, and religious issues.
- Peaceful advocacy, lawful boycotts, and calls for political or corporate accountability.
- Satire, parody, sarcasm, and humor.
- Profanity and emotionally charged statements.
- Unpopular or controversial opinions.
- Respectful or heated debates about immigration, religion, race-related policies, and political ideologies.
- Historical, educational, journalistic, or critical discussions of extremist movements.
Being offensive, unpopular, or politically incorrect is not, by itself, a violation of these Terms.
ToysParty will not remove content solely because it criticizes a politician, corporation, political party, ideology, or public figure.
However, ToysParty is a privately operated platform and reserves the right to establish and enforce reasonable content and safety standards.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited across all ToysParty services, including discussion forums, live chat, profiles, private messages, images, letters, and entertainment features.
3.1 Threats and Violence
Users may not:
- Make credible threats of death, bodily harm, or other physical violence.
- Threaten government officials, corporate executives, private individuals, or their families.
- Encourage, organize, or coordinate violent attacks.
- Advocate violence against identifiable individuals or groups.
- Publish content intended to intimidate individuals through threats of physical harm.
- Provide actionable instructions intended to facilitate violent crimes.
Criticism, rhetorical exaggeration, satire, and non-threatening political statements are not automatically classified as threats.
ToysParty will evaluate potentially threatening content in context.
3.2 Hate Speech, Racial Supremacy, and Discrimination
ToysParty does not permit the promotion of racial or ethnic supremacy, dehumanization of protected groups, or advocacy of persecution or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
Protected characteristics include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, and other characteristics protected by applicable law.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Advocating that one race or ethnic group is inherently superior and should dominate or subjugate others.
- Calling for the forced removal, segregation, or persecution of people because of their race, ethnicity, religion, or nationality.
- Advocating the denial of fundamental rights to people based on protected characteristics.
- Promoting Nazi racial ideology, genocide, ethnic cleansing, or similar campaigns of persecution.
- Encouraging hatred through dehumanizing descriptions of protected groups.
- Recruiting for organizations dedicated to racial persecution or violence.
- Coordinating targeted hateful harassment.
Examples of prohibited statements:
"White people should rule over every other race."
"Black people should be deported because they are Black."
"All Latinos should be expelled because of their ethnicity."
"People of a particular religion should lose their civil rights."
Examples of permitted political discussion:
"I support stronger immigration enforcement."
"I oppose affirmative action."
"I believe immigration laws should be changed."
"I disagree with the government's refugee policies."
"I think a particular political ideology is harmful."
ToysParty distinguishes between criticism of policies and the promotion of racial or ethnic persecution.
Merely identifying with an extremist ideology does not automatically establish a violation. However, promoting its hateful principles or recruiting for hateful or violent organizations is prohibited.
These rules apply equally to all races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, and political affiliations.
3.3 Extremist Symbols and Imagery
ToysParty prohibits the display, promotion, or distribution of symbols associated with Nazism, violent extremist organizations, terrorist groups, or movements advocating racial supremacy or persecution.
Prohibited symbols and imagery may include:
- Nazi swastikas or other Nazi insignia used to endorse or celebrate Nazism.
- Symbols of the Ku Klux Klan.
- Insignia associated with violent white supremacist or other racial supremacist movements.
- Flags, logos, or emblems used to promote terrorist organizations.
- Symbols used to recruit for or glorify violent extremist groups.
- Modified or coded versions of prohibited symbols intended to evade these rules.
This prohibition applies to profile pictures, usernames, banners, posts, comments, videos, chat messages, letters, and other user-generated content.
Exceptions for legitimate discussion
Extremist symbols may appear when reasonably necessary for:
- Historical documentation and discussion.
- Educational or academic purposes.
- Journalism and reporting.
- Criticism or condemnation of extremist ideologies.
- Documentaries, historical commentary, or legitimate public-interest analysis.
- Clear satire or parody that does not promote extremist ideology.
For example, a historical article examining Nazi Germany may include a swastika for educational purposes. A post condemning the Ku Klux Klan may display its insignia for identification or critical discussion.
However, displaying the same symbols to celebrate, endorse, recruit for, or promote those movements is prohibited.
Extremist imagery used as a personal avatar, decorative badge, or expression of support is not permitted.
Historical religious or cultural symbols are not prohibited merely because their appearance resembles a symbol appropriated by an extremist movement. ToysParty will consider meaning, context, and intended use.
ToysParty reserves the right to remove ambiguous imagery where context reasonably indicates promotion of extremism.
3.4 Terrorism and Violent Extremism
ToysParty strictly prohibits:
- Recruiting for terrorist organizations.
- Promoting or facilitating terrorist attacks.
- Raising funds for terrorist activities.
- Coordinating violent extremist operations.
- Providing actionable instructions intended to facilitate terrorism.
- Praising terrorist violence in a manner that encourages or advocates additional attacks.
- Distributing terrorist propaganda for recruitment or operational purposes.
Historical discussions, news reporting, critical analysis, and legitimate academic debates about terrorism are permitted, provided they do not promote or facilitate violence.

- Repeatedly target an individual with threatening or intimidating communications.

- Publish private personal information to facilitate intimidation, stalking, or harm.
- Circumvent account blocks or restrictions to continue harassing someone.

Users retain ownership of the original content they submit, subject to the rights of third parties.
By posting or submitting content, users grant ToysParty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide requested services.
This includes transmitting letters to their selected recipients.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights to submit their content.
ToysParty does not acquire ownership of user-generated content solely because it is published on the platform.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
ToysParty seeks to enforce its community standards fairly and consistently, without favoritism toward particular political parties or ideologies.
We moderate harmful conduct, not ordinary political disagreement.
Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in:
